A little
bit about me
Hi, I’m Mario, a German living in Ireland. I’ve always been passionate about connecting with other humans through deep conversation as well as lifelong learning and personal development. That’s why I care about creating a meaningful life and career for myself and others. Why? Because life is short and we will spend an average of 90,000 hours at work over our lifetime. Best to make it meaningful.
How I Can Help You
Figure out what work you're good at and enjoy
According to a recent Deloitte report, 89% of millennials find having a sense of purpose at work very important for job satisfaction and wellbeing. Further, only 20% of global employees are thriving at work and only 23% engaged at work. You can be part of that minority and finally get the career that gets you excited again.
Create a clear value proposition

Right now, you might not be able to clearly articulate the value you're bringing to an organization. Maybe, you're even afraid of low performance or losing your job? Together, we will map out your strengths, skills, values and create your unique value proposition.
Supporting you throughout your journey

We will have weekly/biweekly 1:1 calls to look at any mental barriers, fear and doubts you may have. It's normal to worry about not being able to clearly express your value. Many people aren't able to.
You're not alone and I'm here to help you.
